Dr. Ingrid Parent, member of the PERSIST Programma Committee on behalf of IFLA, will be the guest speaker at the next Wallot-Sylvestre Seminar, held at Library and Archives Canada’s in Ottawa on 19 April 2017, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Parent will present the work of PERSIST in her presentation entitled, “Play it again Sam! An international response to digital amnesiaâ€. This presentation is part of Library and Archives Canada’s Wallot-Sylvestre Seminar series. These seminars provide opportunities for Canadian and international leaders and strategic thinkers to share their ideas on topics in information science, librarianship, archival science, and history.
